Welcome to Bantu, the modern African dating app provided by BAYATECH LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Bantu ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or older to use Bantu. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to use the Service.

  • You must be a legal resident of the country or region in which you are accessing the Service.

2. Account Creation

  • In order to use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

  • You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for any activity under your account.

  • You may not impersonate another person, create multiple accounts, or create an account on behalf of someone else.

3. Content Creation and Uploading

  • Users can upload content (photos, videos, text, etc.) to their profiles ("User Content").

  • By uploading content, you grant Bantu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app, including for promotional and marketing purposes.

  • You agree not to upload content that violates any laws, infringes upon others' intellectual property rights, or is otherwise inappropriate.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscription Plans

  • Bantu offers in-app purchases, including subscription plans with various benefits such as enhanced visibility and features. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

  • By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (depending on the selected plan) until canceled.

5. Use of Feedback

  • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided by you to us regarding the Service will be treated as non-confidential. By submitting feedback, you agree that we may use your feedback without compensation or credit to you.

6. Prohibited Activities You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users.

  • Engaging in any activity that violates the rights of others.

  • Uploading malicious software or other harmful content.

  • Using the Service for illegal purposes.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or if required by law. You may also terminate your account by notifying us via email.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Bantu is provided "as-is" and without warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • In no event shall BAYATECH LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
